Why this exists

The people who get results are rarely the ones with the best idea or the perfect CV. They are the ones who know how to use the tools properly and take the next step.

I write business plans and financial models for founders for a living. I have read hundreds of them, and the same thing keeps happening. A good idea arrives buried under forty hours of research in the wrong places. A capable person sends sixty applications and gets two replies. Not because they lack ability, but because nobody showed them the method.

NextGen Foundry takes the methods I use with paying clients and puts them in your hands, with AI doing the heavy lifting. In a year I want it to be the first place you send a friend who says "I need a job" or "I have an idea".

Is it free?

Yes. The waitlist, the welcome email and the community are free. Paid things will exist later and they will be clearly marked as paid. Nothing you can do this month costs anything.

Is this only for the UK?

No. It is global and it runs in English. The methods work wherever you are applying or building.

Do I need paid AI tools?

No. The free versions of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini cover everything in the community today. If a step needs a paid tool, that is said upfront and there is a free route alongside it.

How much time does it take?

Ten minutes a day. One step, done properly, beats an hour of reading about AI. The Sunday session is forty five minutes if you want it.

I am not technical. Is that a problem?

No. Everything is copy, paste and read. If you can type a message you can do every step here.
